Before you BEGIN! this form has nothing to do with STOCK BAG purchases. This form is designed for requesting quotations on CUSTOM SHAPES, SIZES and DESIGNS. The minimums require a significant financial investment on your part. As far as minimums are concerned LABELS require a minimum purchase of 1,000 pieces. SHOPPING BAGS require a minimum run of 2,500 pieces. DIE CUT PLASTIC BAGS require a minimum of 3,000 pieces. The next minimum step is to 25,000 pieces for POLY LINED TIN TIE BAGS. This minimum quantity can be split between two designs but it is still a significant quantity. The minimums for CUSTOM POLY LAMINATED FILM & FOIL products are higher
